On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the Sabbagh brothers’ artistic career, their new musical play, titled “Me and Guevara,” is a rewriting of the play “Che Guevara” which they originally presented with great success twenty years ago. It is now being staged with a new style, new characters and stars, and a large-scale production. The work is approached from a humanistic perspective, completely removed from any political bias—especially since this topic has become widely circulated and continues to be produced as artistic works and distributed extensively around the world to this day.

ALA.NI’s musical journey started with "Mary J. Blige" and "Blur" as backing vocals.
Encouraged by Damon Albarn, she jumps very quickly into her solo carrer and release her first album: « You and I » in January 2016. Since then, she's the European Medias "coqueluche" and performs and most prestigious stages: La Philarmonie in Paris or Montreux Jazz Festival this summer!
You could compare Ala.Ni to a contemporary Billie Holliday; argue that her vocals are as searing as Minnie Riperton; that she dresses like a cross between Lauren Hill and Jane Birkin, but to say so would be a disservice because the thing about this West London-born singer is that she is totally unique. If she had to describe her music (something she doesn't find easy), she'd call it "dark Disney ».
