Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as simple and convenient as possible, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms or restrictions set forth on that ticket or as stated by the venue or the promoter of the event.

Payments and fees
Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa or MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card. Pricing and Availability ticketingboxoffice.com acts as the ticketing agent to the promoter of an event, the person or entity responsible for organizing and running the event, which means ticketingboxoffice.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating allocations.

Tickets are generally sold through the different outlets and online through ticketingboxoffice.com, both access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event. However, ticketingboxoffice.com does not control this inventory or its availability.

Ticket Seating & Limits
 
When purchasing tickets online, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. We do this to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

 
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is ground for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the promoter, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of ticketingboxoffice.com trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to ticketingboxoffice.com consent.

 
If seat allocation is required by the promoter for a particular event, the feature will be available for you to select your preferred seats online and at the time you select your ticket category.

Order Processing & Confirmation
Ticket Request: Once you have confirmed your order of tickets, You will have 10 minutes to submit your payment trough the online payment system or your order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to start again.

Order Confirmation: Once you have submitted payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see a Payment Status page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation with your e-tickets attached via email to the email address inbox you supply on the online booking form. If you do not find your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets in your inbox please check your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid our emails being seen as junk, please add our "From" address to your Address Book.

Unable to Confirm Tickets: If you do not receive an Order Confirmation with e-tickets (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), it is your responsibility to confirm with ticketingboxoffice.com on the following email address ([email protected]) to confirm that your order has been placed. ticketingboxoffice.com is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to confirm with us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.

Refunds & Return Policy
 
Before you actually purchase your tickets, ticketingboxoffice.com will give you the opportunity to review the seat location, event and performance date you have chosen.
Once you make your final selection and purchase your tickets, ticketingboxoffice.com will not allow exchanges or refunds for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your order before you make the payment.

 
Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or tickets claimed to be not delivered/not received, cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event.

Event Dates & Times Subject to Change
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed. Special conditions will apply in such case. These conditions are set by the promoter and vary from an event to another.

ticketingboxoffice.com will attempt to contact you either by phone or email to explain the procedures and conditions required by the promoter for a refund or exchange if it is due.

When we contact you, we will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking. To get any refund or exchange due you must adhere to the procedures and conditions.

Please note that refunds made by ticketingboxoffice.com, are only for the value paid for the ticket to the credit card that was used in the online ticket purchase. Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable.<>br/> ticketingboxoffice.com will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

Pricing Errors
If the amount you paid for a ticket is incorrect for any reason, regardless of that reason, ticketingboxoffice.com will reimburse the difference if the amount is overpaid; in another hand we require you to pay the difference if you underpaid. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund of the amount you paid will be made to you.

If you are able to purchase tickets before the scheduled sale of tickets start, ticketingboxoffice.com reserves the right to cancel the tickets. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at ticketingboxoffice.com's sole discretion.

Ticket Holder Behavior
By ordering tickets from ticketingboxoffice.com, you agree to abide by all behavior and conduct policies and rules at the venue where the event is located:

 
Please check your ticket carefully before leaving the POS desk (event, date, seats) as mistakes might occur and cannot be rectified.
 
You are solely liable for any fines or financial losses that occur as a result of your misconduct.
 
This ticket cannot be sold to a third party and should stay in your possession for security check.
 
Photography, videotaping and sound recording of any kind are strictly prohibited.
 
Bags, briefcases and packages must be deposited in the cloak room and may be subject to inspection for security checks.
 
Portable phones must be switched off during the event.
 
Weapons, explosives, knives and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
 
The event management reserves the right to refuse admission.
 
Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted in some venues. The promoter or producer accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Terms and conditions
1- The issuance, use or attempted use of this ticket binds the ticket holder to these terms and conditions

2- Virgin Megastore and ticketing box office are acting as a ticket reseller solely and is not responsible if any way for the content performance organization security and management of the event and the venue.

3- Virgin Megastore, ticketing box office and all their employees cannot be held liable for any issue related to the ticket event venue and organizer after the tickets are purchased

4- In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event.

5- Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit, by anyone other than the organizer. Any unauthorized resale or transfer will deem the ticket as null and void and the ticket holder will be refused entry or ejected from the venue. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket advertised with the intent of reselling for profit or commercial gain.

6- Valid national ID for proof of age may be required. The organizer is entitled to deny the ticket holder entry to the venue if the ticket holder:

a) Does not meet the age limit b) Cannot produce original identification document c) Pose or may pose a risk to the ticket holder or any other person in organizer’s sole opinion. In such cases the organizer shall not be liable to refund or compensate the ticket holder

7- The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is recommended and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.

8- All ticket holders must comply with all applicable health and safety laws/regulations in force together with the venue rules ad regulations in force together with the venue rules and regulations as may be notified to the ticket holder from time to time by the organizer or the venue’s security personnel

9- All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated.

10- No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue.

11- The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, or expel any person whose behavior is deemed to be unsuitable

12- The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronics media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue

13- The organizer, Virgin Megastore and ticketing box office accept no liability for bodily injury, illness or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event

14- Once inside the venue should the ticket holder choose to leave, re-entry may be refused at organizer’s sole discretion

15- In case of cancellation for any reason such as but not limited to; natural disasters, security purposes, or any other reasons beyond our control; Virgin Megastore and ticketing box office will be able to refund the money within 30 working days, as refund will be based on payment method.
