Here are some common questions and answers about TBO

What are the office hours?
Almost all outlets are open from 10AM to 10PM. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Cards and Checks.

Can I reserve tickets over the phone?
Phone reservations are not allowed.

Is it safe to pay by card online?
Are there fees?
Yes it is. We deal with “Net Commerce” company.
An extra fee of 3.5% will be charged on the total amount of tickets that you buy online.

Do I receive a confirmation once my tickets are booked?
When your payment has completed you will receive an email receipt confirming the booking so please ensure you correctly input your email address.

I input my payment details I didn’t receive an email confirmation, have I got my tickets?
Sometimes email service providers send emails to your Junk folder; please check this before getting in touch to confirm your booking. Please do not book again as refunds can not be made.

I can’t come to the event can I have a refund?
Sorry all tickets are sold as none refundable or exchangeable.

Will my seats be together?
Yes, all tickets that are listed on our website in the quantity listed are consecutive seats. In some cases such as theatre events there are even and odd seating. Meaning the seats go either 1, 3, 5, etc. or 2, 4, 6, etc.

What if my ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen?
Please treat your tickets like you would cash. They can not be replaced especially if the seats are free seating or standing.

I have tickets to a canceled event. Can I get a refund?
The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the promoter and we are usually contractually bound by the promoters’ refund policy. In most cases, the promoter will allow us to fully refund the ticket face value. If your event was canceled we will contact you by email or by phone to advise if a refund will be given and when.

I have tickets to a rescheduled event. Can I get a refund?
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as we know.
Please note that usually tickets can’t be refunded but we will advise this when we send you details of the rescheduled event.
